Hi, Iām Bree, the creator of Eat for Glowing Skin.
I started this blog from a deeply personal place. Living with endometriosis has made me much more aware of how important inflammation, nutrition, and daily habits can be for overall well-being. Through my own journey, I became increasingly interested in the connection between food, skin health, hormones, and the way we feel in our bodies every day.
What began as a personal search for balance and healing gradually grew into a passion for learning, experimenting, and sharing what I discovered. I created Eat for Glowing Skin to offer inspiration, gentle guidance, and practical ideas for women who want to support their health in a more natural and nourishing way.
For me, reducing inflammation is not just a wellness trend ā it is something that became truly meaningful through my experience with endometriosis. That experience shaped the way I think about food, skincare, and self-care, and it continues to inspire the content I create here.
My goal is to help women build habits that support a healthier, more vibrant life ā from the inside out.
